Dr Toms Lemon & herbs contain natural colouring. All other flavours doesn’t contain any colouring. Also all the flavours that are used are natural.
Is Dr. Toms gluten free?
Yes all variants are gluten free.

Why are the pastilles individual wrapped?
This prevent sticking together and keep the quality of the product at its best.
Why is Dr. Toms wrapped in wax paper?
We have made to choice to move to wax paper wrappers for the cough candy products instead of plastic. With this we make a positive impact on the amount of plastic waste. More information regarding wax paper you can read here.
Where is the wax paper wrapper made off?
The wrapper is made of certified FSC paper which is coated to protect the candies. The wax is made of vegetable wax coming from oil of corn and rapeseed.
May the wax paper wrappers collected with the old papers for recycling?
No, this isn’t possible yet. The wax protects the paper against moist and water. Water is used to recycle old paper into paper pulp. With the wax coating the process of making pulp is going to slow to go within this process. Same counts by example for coffee cups.
Are wax paper wrappers biologic degradable?
Yes, the wax paper wrapper are biologic degradable. It will take some time but over time they will degrade.
Is Dr. Toms taking other measurements?
It is a constant search to make the best decisions and look for better alternatives.
